The seminar "Managing Digital Transformation" at FHNW in Feb. 2016 was one of the best trainings in my eighteen years at SAP. It had such a lasting and deep effect on me - every day I try to find the time to read something related to system dynamics and how it supports successfully managing digital transformation initiatives.
